Refunds and support

After payment is verified, your book is issued online to your account. No physical item is shipped.

Service ends within 120 days of purchase: up to 90 days before the selected start, plus 30 days of use.

Pay OTi for the coupon book only. Pay the venue separately for your visit.

1. You may request withdrawal within 7 days of the later of the purchase date or your selected usage start date. If unused, the full amount is refunded. After partial use, the remaining unprovided period is refunded using the daily calculation below. The more favorable unused-book full-refund policy below also applies.
2. The coupon book costs KRW 3,990 once, with no auto-renewal. Select a start date within 90 days of purchase (Korean date). Valid for 30 days including the start date, using each merchant’s local dates. Check the included benefits and conditions before payment.
3. A full refund is available before the validity period ends if no benefit has been used. Issuing or viewing the book does not count as use.
4. After using a benefit, you may cancel during the validity period. Refund = amount paid × remaining days ÷ 30, rounded up to the nearest won. Remaining days run from the day after the request through the end date, using Korean dates. No penalty or deduction for benefits already received applies.
5. If OTi or a partner cannot provide promised benefits or provides them differently from the description, the unprovided portion is refunded. A material failure defeating the purpose of purchase qualifies for a full refund.
6. Email support with your order number to request a refund. Book use stops on acceptance of the request. Support reviews the request and processes the refund or cancellation through the original payment method. The payment provider’s processing time may vary.
7. Any more favorable statutory withdrawal, cancellation or refund rights take precedence. Expiration alone does not limit statutory rights.
